Integrity & Compliance
We are an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. While our Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics, we believe in fostering an environment where open, honest communications is the expectation, not the exception.
Code of Conduct
Our code of conduct provides guidance and resources to facilitate and maintain our integrity as a business and support our associates in navigating compliance and integrity issues.

Countering bribery and corruption
Bribery and corruption are always a risk, but preventing, detecting, and responding to these risks is a key priority for Danaher and our businesses. All of our associates must comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as our internally required policies and processes relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption.
Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policies
Requires each of our associates and representatives adhere to relevant anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, regulations, and Danaher policies when conducting business.
Anti-Bribery and Corruption Risk Assessment (ABC)
This annual risk assessment process evaluates and quantifies the risk of bribery and corruption for each business, using criteria such as the Corruption Perceptions Index, revenue by country, historical internal audit performance, business model, and management input.
Competition and trade compliance
We strictly adhere to fair competition laws and regulations for international trade. We have also established protocols, training, and procedures to minimize risks of unfair competition.
Antitrust Policy
Addresses compliance with the U.S. federal antitrust laws, noting activities that may lead to antitrust law violations and highlighting areas where European competition law may differ from U.S. law.
Worldwide Import Regulations Policy
Provides guidance on import and export regulations and requires each of our businesses to implement applicable policies and procedures to help foster compliance with these laws.
Export Compliance Policy
Outlines transactions subject to export control laws globally and the processes Danaher has instituted to help ensure compliance.
